Menu items were unavailable, leading to lengthy waits in a disorganized drive-thru with no guidance for exiting customers. Service issues extended indoors, where staff appeared uninterested, leaving guests to face unclean tables and unhelpful attitudes. Despite complaints about cold food and long delays, some visitors did report satisfactory meals. However, the overall sentiment points towards a deteriorating standard of customer service, making it imperative for this location to address these glaring issues to restore its reputation.
Absolutely disappointed customer service. Ask for extra sauce and ready to pay, I travel 3 miles just to had an ice cream Al the way from Mossley, due to my pregnancy I was craving but so mean they said it’s run out. How cheap
The cleaning lady TRACY tutted and rolled her eyes at us. We asked her very politely for a cloth as my baby spilled a little milk on the table. She was very clearly annoyed with us. It was a really sad experience she was so nasty to us
Waiting in the drive though for 25 mins not because of traffic ! Because staff chats were more important than customer service !!! Causing a dangerous backlog !! Worst attitudes and waited for a very below standard burger !!
The items listed on the menu were not available. After waiting in a crowded drive-thru, we were informed that there were no milkshakes or McFlurrys. We then waited an additional 15 minutes just to leave the chaotic situation. There were no signs or guidance at the drive-thru exit, so once you entered, you were essentially trapped.
Abysmal. I'd suggest checking your bag before leaving or driving off. All the fries was replaced by random stuff. Just go else where, It's awful, How can you not deliver 3 sets of large fires is beyond me, forgotten in replacement is a fish burger? it's just beyond me, Fortunately for them I had already driven off. Avoid or check your order.
