Description

In a recent visit to a local McDonald's, patrons encountered a series of disappointments that marred their experiences. Menu items were unavailable, leading to lengthy waits in a disorganized drive-thru with no guidance for exiting customers. Service issues extended indoors, where staff appeared uninterested, leaving guests to face unclean tables and unhelpful attitudes. Despite complaints about cold food and long delays, some visitors did report satisfactory meals. However, the overall sentiment points towards a deteriorating standard of customer service, making it imperative for this location to address these glaring issues to restore its reputation.

Average McDonald's. No real things to say other than pay your staff more so they want to look after the customers

The Polish night manager here is rude, arrogant and definitely under trained/over paid. Arrived Midnight, Order taken 00:13. Order executed a further 8 minutes later. Fillet was rock hard and inedible. There was hair on the food packaging and the waste man manager just started getting defensive over his inferior products. Safe to say his little screen and phone call saved him a hiding. Boycott is the way forward with Maccies.

My grand children love it here for food and drinks, but they are to old for the play area, so nothing for the older children to do

Waited 13 minutes before they even took my order then rude manager comes over. Eventually got our Food and drove 4 minutes home. Food was as if been sat there 2 days. A hair was in the Burger and stuck to the label. Called back up to the manager who served us to deny the wait, then his attitude. Ridiculous.
