Guests reported feeling uncomfortable and unsafe due to aggressive behavior from other patrons, coupled with a lack of intervention from staff. Complaints about improper treatment from management, including mockery of employees and disrespectful communication, were prevalent. While some customers noted kindness from staff members in difficult situations, others faced long wait times and subpar food quality, with lukewarm meals disappointing families. Overall, the restaurant's inconsistent service and unprofessional atmosphere leave many reconsidering their dining choices.
My mother went in to buy a happy meal and because the card machine didn't work and she didn't has enough cash they gave her it f9r for free. It nice to see how kind the staff was towards my mother thank again keep up the good work
Had a caramel waffle latte and it was disgusting. They did change it but it wasn’t any better. Nothing what so ever like it is advertised. It looked like a flat coffee with loads of sugar added
After finishing work, I waited for an Uber that was 10 minutes away. I decided to order some food to take home for myself and my girlfriend. The Uber arrived in just 5 minutes (the only time I was unhappy about that) and a guy named Josh quickly bagged my order to prevent me from getting overcharged. Josh was a great guy!
I had a disturbing experience at the restaurant when a woman accused me of recording her children at the end of my meal. Despite proving that I was on a video call and showing my recordings, the woman and her family continued to accuse me. I felt singled out for being alone, as the manager took their side and asked me to leave. The situation escalated when the older woman in the family tried to snatch my phone multiple times. I felt unsafe as the staff did not intervene, and I was threatened with violence. I believe solo individuals should be protected by the staff in situations like these. I will not be returning to this restaurant due to the poor treatment and aggressive behavior from other patrons.
The problem I've seen time and time again comes from management. Shouting abuse at staff, racist accents of Chinese people and making mockery of LGBTQ+ customers just to name a few. It astounds me that they are in the positions they are, I challenge all customers to go in and see for themselves the vile things the managers say and their general attitude towards staff
