FRESHLY PREPARED IN OUR KITCHEN made in your kitchen maybe, but defo not fresh. The bread in this restaurant is NOT fresh, its hard and stale. The lettuce was soggy and brown round the edges, it was at least 4 or 5 days old. The chicken in the burgers was cold and hard. I saw one of the employees stood talking to his friends at a car in the car park opposite, wearing clear plastic gloves, the same gloves that when he 'd finished talking at the car he then walked back over to KFC with his friends and finished his cigarette and the customer entrance door. He then went back behind the counter and continued to serve his friends, WITHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES!!! In a food serving area!!! That 's cross contamination heaven!!!
Really disgusting place, filthy staff touching face, shoes, wiping nose and going to bathroom and not washing hands. Calling each other ' Ewe you tramp ' behind the serving hatch, all looked like they would benefit from an induction in personal hygiene before food hygiene. Cancelled order, dirty finger nails and hands that have touched face, cash and surfaces during covid .All in view, god knows what goes on behind the scene. Not for us, fussy lot we are though
When i come here it is once in a blue moon they get the order wrong you order large normal pepsi you get it in a medium and the staff are not up to scratch
Our first meal as part of the Eat Out scheme. Ordered the 9 piece chicken bucket which was on offer and another set. The latter wasn't great as chicken was lukewarm but the bucket was awesome filled with thighs and drumsticks rather than breast freshly fried and delish! Only negative was having a small designated dining area where diners were crammed into rather than spacing people out throughout the restaurant to aid in social distancing perhaps they wanna restrict areas which need cleaning??
Ordered the 6 Piece Wicked Variety Bucket via UberEats, which should come with fries, but didn't get any fries with it which was really disappointing. Due to COVID-19 we can't pick up the orders ourselves to be able to check it at the drive-through, so we rely on KFC actually doing a proper job, however negligence is still present even when ordering via delivery.
