A proper pub with great beer (Robinson's Unicorn if you like your ales), the usual selection of lovely pub grub (plus some local specialities), and a cozy atmosphere. There's the main bar with bar stools around it, a few tables, a big TV (on silent whilst we were there), and a small restaurant area. The staff were also very friendly. We'll be going back! Liked the look of the menu and reviews of this place so drove the 40 mile round trip to try it out and we were glad we did! The food was lovely. Hot, tasty and all seemed to be home made. Good prices too. We've paid a lot more and got a lot less at some other places. Will definitely return. View all feedback.
