I have mentioned this issue to the staff several times, and although they said they would address it, it seems they have not done so. Additionally, the floor was littered with food scraps that appeared to have been there all day. Hopefully, a health inspector will visit soon to address these cleanliness concerns.

We used to love them, but now the bases are tasteless and dry, and the toppings have been cut in half and taste awful. We even thought we might have COVID and that it was affecting our taste buds. Asda, you need to improve the quality of your pizzas. The rising cost of living should not be an excuse to compromise on quality and increase prices. You should strive to be better than that.

Over the past few years, I have had issues with two security guards at a restaurant for reasons that seem silly to me. On Halloween day, I entered the store with a friend and they needed to use the restroom. While waiting outside, I tried to be friendly and smile at one of the male security guards, but he completely ignored me and later called me a derogatory term. I always have my camera ready in case of trouble, as I tend to encounter issues whenever I go out. When my friend came out, the security guard was still there, but I did not hear the insult, so I decided to ignore him and continue with my day. However, a female security guard soon approached me, accusing me of insulting the male security guard and proceeded to kick me out of the store. Despite not knowing what had happened, I was banned from the cafe within the store. I had been a loyal customer for many years, but they were not willing to listen to my side of the story. Although I have visited the store since then and encountered friendly security guards, I was still not allowed to enter the cafe. I tried to contact the manager to resolve the situation, but I have not heard back in two weeks. I am frustrated and feel like I was unfairly treated by the security guards. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon, but for now, my complaint remains unresolved.

Without proof they banned me and security guard acted aggressive towards me and danced around mocking me as if he were ten. Was unable to get mine and my mums very important prescription of which we ran out. 2020. When I got harassed by a fellow customer the following year security guard did not help at all because he already had a vendetta against me. He actually blamed me and said it was my fault because I attract these types of people. Asda cafe staff are nicer then previous ones in 2020 My only complaint is that they have changed the thin fries to the fat chips which aren’t as nice

The t... read more Some of the staff at ASDA Uttoxeter are rude and aggressive. They stand around the cigarette kiosk late at night and natter and laugh as customer walk by. The tills are often broken or faulty and despite continually complaining, the front door is often broken and does not open properly. This issue has been going on for nearly a year. The food is okay, but not cheap, and the labeling on some food is misleading. But really the staff being rude is the biggest problem.
