Settler's Restaurant

Certainly busy on a fine winter weekend. Wood Fired Pizza was our choice but the menu was quite extensive for a bistro. Was quite tasty.

This restaurant/ pub is a great country restaurant. Airy atmosphere good service from staff. Nice food. We ordered the tree hugger pizza with ham, very nice pizza however the menu stated that it was with pine nuts we got it with slithered almonds!!!! Not a major catastrophe!!! But still. Other than that it was great

Won't win any awards as a stand alone restaurant but was better than average for a rural hotel. Wide selection of foods, moderately priced and well prepared. Drinks at pub prices kept things to a reasonable cost.

As mentioned the food was very plentiful and good value. I would certainly make sure that either you shared a meal or were very hungry

We were privileged to witness how the staff of Settler's Restaurant at Canungra Hotel went out of their way to help a bride and groom for their wedding. Due to wild weather the planned wedding venue at a local winery was inaccessible on the day. When the staff at the hotel were contacted they jumped into action and set up the function room at extremely short notice. The room looked amazing and the restaurant organised additional staff to handle the function. Seriously we could not have attended a better wedding reception. The food was fabulous and we were able to order anything from the menu. We had the ribs and it was a HUGE serving, enough for two people and they were delicious. All the meals for the 70 guests were efficiently served with great humour. The bride and groom were delighted with the evening. The hotel staff were able to turn what could have been a major disappointment into a great success.
