eating was amazing the thing that ruined it and forced us to go as soon as we were flying it. they made the meal very difficult. I understand that we were half outside, but I think that fleeing from help would have been and maybe a fan in the section where we had eaten would have helped. I will still recommend that the restaurant is improved with regard to the fly problems. View all feedback.

Awesome staff, especially the Kitchen. They went above and beyond for reading my special request on my booking and saved 2 fillets of Barramundi cooked special.

Upon arrival we waited 5 minutes or more to be seated. The table we were seated at was lovely and perfect for the occasion. But this is where the good starts and ends. Drinks were fast. Food order taken 15 minutes after arrival. Food arrived in about 30 minutes and for 5pm in the afternoon with an empty restaurant is not really acceptable. No one person asked how the meals were, not asked if we needed another drink. And sat there for over 30 minutes after mains were done as we wanted dessert. Ended up leaving at the 40 minute mark. Stood at the front counter to pay as multiple people walked past and looked directly at us and did not say a word to us. I had to ask if we could pay our bill to leave, then was abruptly told that you pay at the bar. This is where 5 people were standing behind the bar and we stood there for another 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. We paid and left. No interest from the staff in asking how everything was. And this was New Years Eve! Not a great experience and the food being average was also a massive let down. Pretty upset with the whole experience. Train your staff to care about their customers and their experience.
