They said they would clean it, but it's hard to clean waffle manufacturers, so personally I decided not to eat here. I'm sure it's delicious, but I'd rather have more uprising.

We come here every time we visit Costa Rica. The kitchen staff will wipe the waffle iron before it is used for us. We didn't get sick. They said they would clean it, but it’s notoriously hard to clean waffle makers, so personally I decided not to eat here. I’m sure it’s delicious but I’d rather have more reassurance.
