Absolutely horrible. Not too long ago(about 2 weeks ago) I placed an order for about $40. While waiting, 2 others came in and individually placed their orders. Only 2 people were working. One of the workers got on the phone and tried to call in people. Once the food was done cooking, the 2 people after me, with bigger orders, got their food before me. The workers just looked around like they had nothing to do. I've ate at this place for 20 years and this was by far the worst service I've had in those 20 years
This KFC needs better management the wait to order was about 5 mins nobody was around to take our order and our order was all wrong then we had to wait a extra 15 mins after ordering and waiting 10 mins just to get our chicken we ordered white and got dark that was not DONE. I can’t make any of this up it was very sad and the employees definitely had a attitude when I showed her the chicken was not done just over all this place needs to be closed down or ALL NEW EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT.

I love this location. They are always quick and consistent in serving fresh food that is delicious. They are always friendly and helpful. They quickly tend to customers and quickly get their orders out as well. They have one lovely employee named Dede who has a work ethic that just doesn't exist these days. She is always smiling and giving out a contagious mood. She goes out of her way to make customers comfortable and leave satisfied, wanting to come back. This is my favorite location.
