shvips has a mojo it is strictly nice drinks and basic snacks no eating, no tourist, no prime beer. the waiters are friendly, but not excessive. they know what they can sell a few words about the wee. the terrace is simple and somewhat too close to the traffic, but at a beautiful day, usable.
