I visited two of these restaurants and found them to be the best for breakfast. The coffee was also good. It was the only place where we could find cooked breakfasts. Everything we ordered was delicious and flavorful.
I went to this restaurant for breakfast on a Wednesday morning and I was very impressed! The menu is available in English and includes popular Western dishes like scrambled eggs, as well as traditional Estonian options. I highly recommend trying the Salty Porridge! The coffee was excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The most expensive breakfast option was around 8€. Be sure to check under your coffee cup on the saucer for a cute little message!
The service was terrible, the food was of low quality. We came in for a quick bite, but it took a long time for our cold coffee to arrive, brought by a grumpy waitress. When we finally got our pancakes, they were cold and took 45 minutes to arrive. When we mentioned this to the waitress with black hair, she simply said "Sorry" and walked away. The restaurant was very unprofessional, poorly managed, and not up to standard. I would not recommend going there.
Took a cruise ship from Stockholm to Tallin with 8 hours in Tallin. Went to this cafe and ordered scrambled eggs and bacon for brunch. The food was amazing with a very nice sallad and vinegrette and the location in Tallin old town is beautiful and very nice staff. I highly recommend this cafe/restaurant :
