it is a small place, not crowded at all on a Sunday afternoon, but it taok forever only a coffee and cake (taken from the theke when complaining, the young and important waitress held me on them with great amount (not true and...being super busy, obviously the place is not efficient or well organized. sad! One of my top two favorite places in Estonia. I highly recommend trying the Manhantini cheesecake with thick caramel sauce - it's truly amazing. The spicy prawns with pesto sauce and roasted ciabatta bread are also fantastic. The service is very friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe of the restaurant is awesome.

The food was amazing and the appetizers were delicious, as were the desserts.
Fresh position. political staff. good eating. large selection of soft drinks. also surprisingly good acoustics
A place where they play Blue Monday in the afternoon deserves already a 5 stars review. But here you can have a great coffee or a tasty lunch, you can also buy books and read them in a cosy ambiance. Friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommended.
