Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

We came to our meal last week and when the food came out, it was not correct, but we did not have the time to wait for corrections. I was told that I simply left contact information and it would be compensated for next visit. when I returned today, john was very helpful and generous and the head of the service was also. he made it smooth and went over my expectations to make sure I was satisfied this time. I would recommend this location to everyone for excellent customer service and we will be back!

Zaxby is always fast and fresh. this place was underoccupied, but the cash was cool and professional. also with the line of people, the kitchen cured from ingenious eating. it is always a good day to travel with them see the sign for zaxby’s!

Have the blue chicken salad. that was at the top. the place is very popular for lunch, was busy in the interior and drive thru. the interior was kept clean. the staff was friendly and efficient to work as a team.

The drive thru had a long line but it moved surprisingly quick. The food was hot and tasted great. Window service was pleasant. However, I had an upset stomach for the next day and a half.

It was of course busy, around 5ish. Did not give me my salad dressing. Did not give my wife salad dressing. Hopefully they give better customer service to others. My salad kinda tasted funny so I stopped eating it. Not sure why the garlic bread had a funny after taste as well. The dog was happy to eat it. Probably won't go back to that Zaxby's again.
