Whataburger - Tallahassee

Wow, this place is packed at 11:00! The car was worth it. Oddly, when we approached the service window, the truck stopped at the front and we all had to get back from the lane. Manager was nice and helped.

Food is always Whatabuggagood so can 't complain there. While making a round 'business ' trip up from FL to TN and back down to FL again I stopped here on a Sunday morning and on a Tuesday afternoon. Sunday I asked for the usual honey butter chicken biscuits mm mm good and my mother wanted a hot chocolate. You have to hurry ordering, right, so I am scanning and don 't see it listed but figured the young girl taking my order would tell me they don 't have it. She doesn 't say no they don 't have it so I go to the narrow drive thru window and she doesn 't hand it to me and when I asked for it she jumped all over me, seemingly offended, WE don 't have Hot Chocolate, I didn 't charge you for it! She was SO mean about it! True she didn 't so we moved on. But why didn 't she tell me at the window and treat me like I was trying to get away with something? Reluctantly returned Tuesday because there is no convenient Whataburger on our I 65/I 10 route between Tallahassee and the incredibly friendly location in Clanton Alabama; this second time around they were VERY friendly, guy handed me my sweet n spicy bacon burger mm good was very nice. And they usually have been in my experience. But this attitude from this girl has got to go. She can 't jump on customers like that. One important note: the drive thru is VERY narrow; it is very hard for me to get my Ford F 150 through there; be sure to tuck your sideview mirror in.

The first time I had whataburger was in Texas in 1989. I loved it then and I sure wasn't disappointed now! My order was wrong but the server took care of it with a pleasant smile and very nice. They were very busy but we waited no time at all. Next time in Tallahassee we will stop here. Thanks!

I have to give this place 5 stars because the place was very clean and the service was fast. They had many workers that were always busy doing something they all did their part and a good job. Way to go Whataburger 5 stars ! Definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through or who lives here.

Wasabuger is delicious. this review is on this location. avoid this place to all cost. order on the app for pick up at 11 o'clock. it said it would be ready in 7 to 10 minutes. arrived at 11:11 and tried to open the door, and it was closed. there were about 20 teenagers inside. someone came to the door and started screaming and said we were closed. I told them I had a pick-up side that was ready and that said it was no matter, still has to pierce the drive. there were 12 cars in front of us in the car drive thru. we waited 20 minutes and no car was moved. while my man was waiting for the car I tried to go back in (it is now 11:36 clock and my food should have been finished 25 minutes before.) again, the same. they said we were closed, they go out the drive, but nobody worked inside! when I came back to the car, we were not so moved that we just gave up at this point. we paid the app. $35 and not eating. had to file a complaint with their customer support and it took 3 days to get a refund. Of course, for this terrible inconvenience and terrible service no other compensation was offered. there are many more restaurants in this area that would appreciate the business.
