I go here on my lunch break during the week and I love steak n shake but the incompetent staff can't get my simple cheeseburger, fries and a drink 4 out of 5 times. I've even received attitude from the staff when I tried to correct the mistake

Food was hot, cooked to order, and delicious. Milk shakes were delicious. Service was great and food was prepared very quickly. The owner introduced herself and she was extremely kind and seems dedicated to her business and making sure her customers are satisfied. Highly recommend!!!

Horrible, horrible service! Have to order from a kiosk now, had to try two, was using gift cards, the machines wouldn't read the brand new gift cards, then when one finally did and I was scanning the second card for remaking balance and the kiosk cancelled our order! Asked for help and was told there was no order placed, the girl didn't listen to us, then a manager came over, said she would take our order even though she had such a hatful look on her face about doing her job. At that point we were afraid to order cause we feared they would mess with our food. We asked her to check the balance in the gift card which she reluctantly did, we confirmed out card still had the correct balance and left. Never going back there again, don't waste your time!!!!

The place is disgusting. The restaurant and bathrooms are filthy. My daughter found a hair in her food.
