Ology Brewing Co [midtown]

I absolutely love this place. I grew up in Tallahassee but have been away for decades. Ology Brewing is a world class brewery with fantastic IPAs. I tried all 8 on the menu, having small pours, and they all were absolutely amazing. Ology has created a great, welcoming environment to enjoy their amazing brews and Gaines Street Pizza next door has fantastic pizza to go along with the beer. I will visit this amazing brewery when I return to Tallahassee, which will be often since my stepson will be attending FSU in the fall. Excellent work!

Great little spot to hang out and have some amazing craft beer. The selection here is never dull or boring. One of my favorite breweries I've ever been to and always make sure to stop here when I'm in Tally.

Stopped in Tallahassee to see a friend on my way north. We decided to get dinner and a beer. A lot of breweries are closed on Mondays which made our plans a bit of a challenge. Ology Midtown filled the bill with a pizza and sandwich place next door (the Mexican restaurant behind was also closed on Monday).Bartender was a bit standoff-ish, like he was called in on a day off, not really into being there. He took our orders quickly was professional but not at all friendly.For a relatively small space with less than 10 people in it, the amount of ambient sound was very high. Our conversation was at an elevated level throughout our 2.5 hr stay.Beer selection leans heavily towards IPAs lagers but there were a couple of sours and a pastry stout available and they did not disappoint.

Easily the best coffee in Tallahassee. Wyatt and all the staff are kind and cool. I can’t wait to get back to town and visit. (Just a coffee post)

Great place for meeting friends and enjoying some of Tallahassee's finest craft beer. The taps are always cold and fresh. Looking forward to next visit.
