Moe's Southwest Grill - Tallahassee

In an hour before they closed. a hired gave me the generic welcome to moe 's line and then went to eat cake from the bar. Two other employees talked with a guy who seemed to be a customer but went out without eating. when he left, they stared at me and when one or them came away, I went out. one if the worst experiences I had in a fast-casual facility.

We started to eat here occasionally on Saturday after a long break because of the pandemic. the first few times the dinges seemed quite as they were used to. Today it was a nightmare. the tortillas were dry and literally broken, as they tried to pick up the burrito. the guy behind the counter had to revive my and my wife because he could not get them rolled in a piece. the chips were also dry and the soda machine from the order. You have a sharp feeling of sinking from the ship.

The personal must be trained on how to greet customers. I went in and watched a woman behind the counter, who she never said: "will come to moes" or something for this matter. I decided to say, "hey, how are you?" she looked at me and continued to do what she did when I first got into the load without answering. I stood there for a minute without recognition before I decided to go and take my business elsewhere.

Previously to love these moes, but the service has gone out of the window. bad customer service and hire, and online orders are not even close to being ready when I arrived to pick it up when it was planned.

The staff appeared unhappy and disinterested, wearing earbuds and not smiling. It was clear they did not enjoy their job. There was no friendly atmosphere or greeting like "WELCOME TO MOES!" The food was average, not outstanding. Taco Bell offers hotter and fresher tasting options. Our lunch for four cost at least twice as much as it would at Taco Bell. We would not visit this restaurant again.
