Kosta's Subs N Salads - Tallahassee

Such a great hole-in-the-wall restaurant! I ordered the Greek salad with chicken lamb, and the flavors were amazing! We even tried some of the baklava and it was delicious. The owner was SUPER friendly and the whole environment was very welcoming relaxed. I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for delicious Greek dishes. You will not be disappointed with the flavors and quality!

My first time I tried gyros was at the Greek festival here in Tallahassee Fl and I was told that this was not the best. So I tried a second time, but in this restaurant and OH MY it was so good. Much better than what I had at the Greek festival. Oh and the customer service of the older man was amazing. Not sure if he is the owner, but with him just he did great... very friendly.... Now I see why the line was long!

Kostas has not only the best gyro in the city (and the Greek salad on the side is so good! But surprisingly, I think they also have the best tuna salad in the city. Tuna was one of my greatest pregnancies with my second child, and I went to Kostas every time!

Classic and authentic Gyros. The tzaziki sauce was great, well balanced. The lamb was well seasoned and the pita was soft. The fries were seasoned perfectly. Definitely recommend for those looking for a solid and filling Gyro.

I used to eat here regularly when I work nearby. I recently went there and could not believe the decline. The tables were all filthy. They looked like they had not been cleaned in months. The bottles of hot sauce were so old they had turn a light orange. I ordered the gyro with feta. The pita was not grilled or warmed, since this is a personal preference, I did not deduct for that. The sandwich was small when compared to other similar restaurants in town. There was very little gyro meat in the sandwich. About 3 small thin strips and all near the top of the sandwich. The last third was just lettuce and tzatziki,
