My friends and I visited yesterday, and it wasn't our first time—though we don't go often. However, yesterday was nothing short of amazing. My omelet was loaded with turkey, sausage, ham, spinach, peppers, onions, and three different cheeses. One of my friends had a bagel with eggs and a breakfast wrap. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere felt very relaxed. The only thing that could use some attention is the m... View all feedback.
What Laura Ferguson doesn't like about Jennys Lunchbox:
Did an online order for 1:15. Got confirmation via email that my food would be done between 125 and 130. Got there at about 120 to pick up my food. My fries were super cold and soggy. An email was never sent to even say my food was done. Also my sides of ranch were not in my order as well. View all feedback.
Our spot when we come to Tallahassee . Great food . Friendly service. Easy on the pocket
For the price, this is some of the best breakfast I’ve had in awhile, LOVED the pancake I got.

First time there due to storm couldn’t cook. Thought I would try this place. This is how you know people from the area have not been exposed to good food. Biscuits were dry, French toast just grilled Texas toast. Gravy had 2 pieces of sausage. But the service from the dark haired girl with glasses she should not have a job in customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional while dealing with my to go order. They don’t even greet you when you walk in and then do not read the tickets. Gave them a 2nd chance and that girl both times did not redeem herself or the restaurant.
My husband and I have been eating breakfast here for a few years now. We prefer to eat outside and watch traffic, which can get pretty entertaining at times. Servers get to you as soon as they have a chance, which on super busy days may take a minute, but their energy and good vibes make up for the wait. There is one server who has helped us most of our visits in the last few years. I don't know her name, but she has long blonde hair. She makes sure you have what you need without helicoptering. She's so nice and has a good sense of humor. The couple of times we've had hiccups on our order, she explains the situation and fixes it as soon as she can. The food is so good. My go to is the chicken and waffles but I sometimes get a burger. I am literally obsessed with the waffle fries. The building itself may not be the prettiest or neatest, but it has charm and a unique theme. I think I've only eaten inside once and it can get pretty crowded pretty quick, but that shows you how popular this place is. I would recommend taking the fewest cars possible for your group. The parking lot is limited. I recommend the Lunchbox to my friends often and bring visiting family when they come. This is one of my favorite local places. For two meals, our checks tend to be around $25. Great food at very fair prices.
