Hungry Howie's Pizza - Tallahassee

I really enjoy the food from this restaurant. However, I encountered an issue with my delivery order tonight. A few minutes after I placed my order, they called to inform me that they couldn’t deliver to my street because they had been robbed. I asked when this situation began and was told it started two days ago. I had actually received my delivery from them just yesterday. To support my claim, I have the receipt. This situation is quite concerning, and if it continues, they might lose a lot of business. I'm also anxious to see how long it will take for them to refund my order and my very generous tip.

I had an excellent experience with the service, and all 13 of my pizzas were delivered right on time. I will definitely keep using this location.

I had an awful experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff was very rude. I placed an order through a third-party operator, but there was a mistake with my order, so I decided to call the restaurant directly. When they answered, they told me I couldn't change the order and suggested I cancel it instead. I explained that I only needed to make one small change, but the person on the other end was quite disrespectful and even cursed at me. To top it all off, my order never arrived.
