Hobbit American Grill East

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I won't be returning. I ordered a froyo burger, but the hamburger was very dry and lacked flavor. I didn’t care for the bun at all. The food was not served hot and was rather unremarkable. I would suggest skipping this place; it wasn’t worth the stop or the money.

Take out is soooo bad at this location. We love their medium fiesta ranch wings. And i often recommend their wings when people are looking for the best wings in town. But attached with that statement , i should tell people to dine in only. We never have an issue dining in. The wings are all flats, rich in sauce and fried extra crispy like we always order. But they always find a way to butcher take out orders. The wings are never extra crispy, EVER! They are barely fried, mushy at best. The wings are lacking sauce,but i guess that’s a way for them to charge for extra sauce. I don’t technically need “extra”, but I’d like the wings to look saucy rather than the picture below. No ranch seasoning as ordered so i had to ask. They didn’t make them all flats. I constantly have to recheck my orders when they come out. Should’ve left the food and asked for a refund. But we were hungry and trying to get home before playoffs began. Boyfriend couldn’t eat his boneless wings. From the looks of it, they made his boneless wings extra burnt. The garlic Parmesan was non existent. Management really needs to work on this. But i doubt they’ll do anything as I’ve emailed them and they will answer your initial complaint and then ghost you.

Our food was good. Didn't get a pic this time. Salad was great but definitely could have used more meat. Wings were great!!. Only issue was the wait other than that no issue.

The service was excellent, and there were plenty of seating choices available. You can enjoy a meal at the bar or grab a quick bite. Additionally, it's a great spot to catch a game!

Delicious! I had a club-style sandwich with curly fries, while my husband enjoyed a burger with the same delightful fries. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. I absolutely love this place! The only area that needs improvement is the parking situation for disabled guests; there is a significant shortage. Instead of having service parking on the curb right in front of the entrance, some of those spots should be designated as handicap parking. I hope this will be considered in the future.
