Centrale Pizza Parm - Tallahassee

I had brunch and dinner and both meals were great. Every time they ran specials, the staff could show what saved us a good change shock. The menu can be small, but it is simple and there is still plenty of variety. The entire indoor and outdoor life was upgraded by the last tenant. A very good place for a date or a casual meal.

Seriously the best pizza in town. The crust is to die and there homemade ricotta and mozzarella cheese are amazing And the fact that you can bring your dog (must sit on the terrace) makes it so much better! Better than Gaines St. Pies and Momos.

Stone has made this restaurant the best place in all college town, and most likely all Tallahassee. Phenomenal food, great atmosphere, very clean and very friendly staff. Centrale is an absolute jewel.

I loved the atmosphere and especially the outside sitting. My pizza was so delicious and crust was perfect. Friendly staff. I would go back difinetly and recommend this place to all.

Too busy shoving the delicious food in my mouth to take a picture. The stuffed mushrooms and Jersey bread apps were excellent and the Jersey bread was garlicky deliciousness! Our table had Chicken Bianca, Carm's Classico and pizza...it was all absolutely tasty! Oh, and my 7 year old son, the pickiest eater ever, loved the Lil spaghetti! Then came dessert and just WOW! On top of the top quality food, our server, Paige, was attentive, helpful and super sweet! So glad we brought our visiting Tampa family here. We will all be back soon!
