There are only 3 people who are currently working, but the shop and the kitchen are very clean and the staff was punctual and very courteous! It's hard to find a good customer service in Fast Food, but they've been running! Good work View all feedback.
What Gloria Herzog doesn't like about Captain D's Seafood Kitchen:
The drive-thru loudspeaker system needs repairs, there is always a pothole at the exit, and the food was not great this time. We don't come often, but the few times we have ordered were pretty good. The service and cashier were the only positives. View all feedback.
I mean this place only gets 2 stars because I love the chain… other than that I would not recommend this place to anyone… I understand food is always cook to order I never mind the wait cause I like hot food… what I don’t like is sometimes they give you burnt food like you ain’t going to check it before you leave or they get the whole order wrong… most of the time they be on their phone while trying to fix people food… and the poor girl in the back be trying to cook everything by herself with no help from the other crew members this should not be a place that has 4 people doing front counter and 1 person cooking… the only reason I go here is because I like this fast food chain but I think I’m going to take that drive to go to the other store instead of this one.
Speaker doesnt work have to order at window. Run out of food . Staff are not friendly. Portions are never the same. Have to ask for everyting nothing offered condiments. Make you pull into parking space and then take 30 minutes to bring you your food, if you a lucky
Captain D's is now officially OFF my list of restaurants to patronize. I waited over 30 minutes in line just to order at the pickup window because, apparently the drive thru was broken. No sense of urgency, no regard for the customers time. No apologies and no courtesy nor decency. Not to mention the price of the meals has SOARED into the hyperspace. I ended up with a fish sandwich that was more mayonnaise and lettuce than I will ever need in this life. More like a fish salad than anything. No thank you. I reject the idea that THIS is the culmination of all the efforts of the past and in 2022 (the future) this is what there is. I'll cook at home, thank you very much.
Ordered online and had to wait in drive thru for an hour just to get the food because all of the doors were locked. I knocked and play the drive thru speaker doesn’t even work. This place is a waste of time and I would not recommend
I order my food online in advance it wasn't ready Lady with red hair was very rude about it new cashier was very polite about it. Wanted to cancel my order she acted like I made a mistake
