Bumpa's Local 349 - Tallahassee

I travel from out of town to Tallahassee about once every 2 months. I have always loved coming here because of the good food and atmosphere. Today, I came by again, was seated, then ignored for over 15 minutes. A waitress walked by me about 5 or 6 times tending to tables next to me and not once even bothered to say hi. I originally gave this place 5 stars in a previous review but I am now changing it to 1 star. As I walked out I explained to the hostess that no one came to take a drink or food order or even say HI I 'll be right with you or anything. She acted like it was no big deal. I don 't think I will return. Just lousy service.

Service was extremely slow. We were seated for 20 minutes with no water given or reasoning for the long wait

At least twice a month me and my son eat the blue cheese fries and which ever burger we eat the are always delicious, and service is great!!!

I was expecting good food and service because of other reviews. Not my experience. No one was friendly that served us. Rude greeting followed by a rude server. Food was good but not outstanding. First and last time for us.

This was my first time dining here. I thought the menu had some unique selections. I love burgers, so I chose the Cheddar Bacon Ranch burger and fries.The sweet tea was excellent, not too sweet.I ordered my burger medium, and I feel as though they cooked it to order. The burger had good flavoring. The bacon was good, how can it not be. The house-made ranch was decent. I have had some lately that were too sour. The burger was also nice and juicy.The fries were good. The seasoning on them was better than most places as it wasn't just salt. My server was amazing. She was very attentive and helpful.Overall, I like this restaurant. I will be back!
