It is illegal to sell Grouper in Florida, unless it 's actually Grouper. I ordered the Grouper sandwich, and it was a small TILAPIA fillet! I 've been a fisherman for over 40 years, I know fish. This was an entire fillet of a small fish. Had the tail and rib bone section. It was NOT a chunk of a Grouper fillet cut to proportion size.
