Contribute Feedback What Earline Satterfield doesn't like about 3 Natives:
When it came time to pay I was told, All you have to do is sign. The tip was set to automatically tip the cashier 20% without that being told to me. I caught it, this time. I had been in the week prior and didn 't catch I had been charged a tip. I called 3Natives on 3/23 and pointed out it was dishonest to add the tip this way and was told there would be a meeting to address this. I had originally left a message for... View all feedback.
I was disappointed with the flavor of the food. I tried a smoothie and a tuna salad pack, but neither had much taste. While the ingredients were fresh, I left feeling unsatisfied.
Everything was clean, fresh and delicious! Loved the Açaí bowls. The little one is too small. Go!
Don't come here very strange vibes in general. I looked at her face when I arrived. You'll take a tip without permission. When I caught her and she went back to make my food, I saw a look at her face, so I asked for a refund because I want someone upset about a tip that makes my food and I can't see. At first I thought it was racism, but then I read the reviews. I really wanted an Açaí shot, but her bad customer service is never worth it, no matter how hungry I just got to moan my butt and they were more friendly!
At 12:30. Not busy, not at the counter, all in the kitchen. Blonde female employees made eye contact with me twice in the 3 minutes I stood there. No welcome or recognition, just stared at me in the kitchen where there was a conversation. It was about 4 minutes without greeting. Drove to Publix and got a nice salad and parfait for less than one of the packs at 3Natives. Would give 0 stars if I could. I'm not back. Too bad, it's less than a mile from where I work. Must? ve was a really important conversation.
When it was time to settle the bill, I was informed, "All you have to do is sign." I noticed that the tip was automatically set at 20% for the cashier without any prior notification. Fortunately, I caught it this time. The week before, I didn't realize that a tip had already been added to my bill. I contacted 3Natives on March 23 to express my concerns about the dishonesty of this practice, and I was told that a meeting would be held to discuss the issue. I had originally left a message for the franchise owner on March 22, but I have yet to receive a response. I’m giving 1 star because I had to submit a rating. This is Tricia, leaving the review.
