What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
My wife and I stopped at the Sonic in Talladega for lunch at 12:45. We pushed the red button and placed our order, only to be told that they were only serving through the drive-thru with no indication of this beforehand. We were disappointed by the lack of clarity and felt the service was unjust. We will not be returning to eat here again. View all feedback.
Normally fast and has everything on this huge menu 99% of the time. decent for fast eating
Pulled in to a slot to order, push the button to order. The screen was blank. Sat there for approximately 5 minutes before some one said to pull around to the drive up to place an order. Why wasn't a sign some where letting people know. Other people were doing the same thing. Not very organized. Still took almost 10 minutes to get our order. In it taking so long to get our order, it gave us the opportunity to see how dirty the building is. Moldy awnings and ect. Was not able to put our trash in the trash bin because it was running over. Needs better organization and a deep cleaning.
Placed an order in the app, get there to pick it up and they are not even open.
Parking was a problem because of the drive thru lane prevented the customers who wanted to have curb service from getting to parking spaces.
Waited 15 mins no one ever answered the stall i was in so i drove off with the red light still showing and the screen saying someone would be with me soon. horrible experience diffently wont be back ill drive to leeds or pell city if i really want sonic
