I went in and ordered takeout. The girl in the register was friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me an estimated waiting time and she was pretty close to it. The food was just what I ordered, delicious, beautifully presented in his special To-Go containers, and the Hostess made sure that I had all the ulcers and chopsticks I needed. When you go to the restaurant, there are three long rows of seats. The row of seats o... View all feedback.

The food at this restaurant could use more flavor! The Wasabi lacks spice and the wrong soup was served with the Tofu and Seaweed dish. The Volcanic Roller was rated a 5 out of 10. The Edamame was overcooked and overly salted. It's recommended not to use sea salt or Kosher table salt. The wait staff and iced tea were excellent. Hopefully, smaller cities will have better dining options in the future! :0) View all feedback.

I ordered take-out and requested it to be ready in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it took 45 minutes and cost over $140. The food was just okay. The chicken, shrimp, and steak in all of the dishes were overcooked and dry.
I just wanted to add to this review. I returned to the restaurant and ordered dessert, but unfortunately did not receive it. After finishing dinner, my partner and I had to wait for 40 minutes. The waiter did not mention anything about our dessert and apologized, saying he was busy with two other tables. Despite having a long day at work, it was disappointing to hear someone complain and not receive dessert. This is the only decent Asian restaurant in the area to sit down and eat. Every time I visit, the staff always engage with us until we leave, making us feel supervised. The restaurant is okay overall, better than not having a sushi place nearby. However, this time was not a pleasant experience. The shrimp was not de-veined, as I noticed something black coming out of it. Additionally, there was a hair on our sushi plate. The servers seemed hesitant to ask the chef to make our sushi, and he appeared to be upset. The sushi was not well-made. I will think twice before returning to this restaurant.
4/9/21 Updating menu pics. When calling to make to go order today, learned that they no longer serve General Tso?s Chicken. Pretty good as usual. Not many options in Talladega.
The food here was good .... for Talladega. $10 for a lunch special of steak and veggies with a side of fried rice. Quick service at first. However, come with good company to help pass the time while you wait for your meal, it does take a little longer than usual. I was pleased and will go again, just probably not as often as most would. But it is one of the better food options for Talladega.
