What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
I was polite despite being treated rudely throughout my entire visit. Unfortunately, my concerns were not properly addressed. Some staff members seemed unhappy with their jobs, and it appeared that some were not suited to be managers. Previous guests have been happy with this Popeyes location, which is conveniently close to mine. View all feedback.
Eating is great, but the car-dru woman was kind of rude when I hire my order, and even more rude to poor lady in the car behind me. I'm sorry for her. the customer service is important when it comes to return. Just say.

The chicken was not cooked all the way. The rest of my order was hot and fresh.

SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is an understatement. Not just getting food but places the order too. Not just now but all the time that are always out of something. I like their chicken better than the other choices in town but it just isn't worth it. Something needs to be done. Poor staff and poor attitudes.
