Shirley's Northern Lights Gourmet Ice Cream

I had the breakfast burrito and it was delicious! The portions were very generous and the sausage and biscuits were also very tasty. Although it was a bit expensive, it was definitely better than any other touristy places nearby. The service was a bit slow since Shirley is running the show by herself, but the wait was worth it. This is a great spot for a dine-in breakfast, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person.

My husband and I had the most amazing breakfast sandwiches at this place. They were absolutely huge and freshly made on the spot by the fabulous Shirley and her daughter. We were searching for a good breakfast and could smell something delicious, so we followed our noses until we found the food van. We were with a group of 10 travelers and quickly messaged them about this hidden gem. Make sure to eat here - you will not be disappointed!
