The Caleta area has grown over the last few years. The city has built a viewing area near the beach. From La Caleta's 2nd floor you can see the beach and enjoy the view during your meal. HOWEVER, if you need to use the restroom while you are there, it is very disappointing. During our last visit, there was no running water at all for the toilet or the sink.
