catererer for 2 business seminars of 100 people each. has 2 lunches and a party dinner every time. variety of proposals, equilibrium of dishes, quality of products and cuisine, dressage, taking into account the various food constraints, choice of wines (in Burgundy), quality of service, everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end with a super efficient brigade and listening. pro.
