What Charlotte Fischer doesn't like about Dollez:
1st recipe: Wellington beef that at the base is a recipe with a mushroom duxelle... processed into beef with sausage meat in crust. Second recipe: St.Peter's Filet: without taste, we suspect frozen fish... For our Christmas dinner, we are really disappointed. These dishes are not for our memories.
We chose them for our wedding cocktail and we do not regret it at all! Everything was perfect with a great team. I highly recommend.
