1st recipe: Wellington beef that at the base is a recipe with a mushroom duxelle... processed into beef with sausage meat in crust. Second recipe: St.Peter's Filet: without taste, we suspect frozen fish... For our Christmas dinner, we are really disappointed. These dishes are not for our memories.
Treater extremely serious, the dishes are very good and in large quantities! We were able to make two meals with the lunch buffet! To recommend the cold salmon that is really famous.
Well done to the whole team... We highly recommend you. Quality/quantity/price.. Perfect!
