The river side restaurant offers really fresh fishes, you can even catch your own food. They also offer lunch aboard a boat that cruises around the river, so exciting although I didn't have the chance to do it, but next time I will. For groups who would like to have a river experience the whole day, they even have a bed and breakfast newly opened. View all feedback.

This is my 2nd time going here because of my 3 year old daughter's love for the view and fish feeding. However, the first time I went here, we waited for 40 mins which we let pass since we know they cook the food on order basis. However, this last Mother's day, instead of enjoying, we had to wait for 2 hours. We arrived at around 10am and had our lunch served at 11:50AM. Thought it was the worst part, but when they s... Thought it was the worst part, but when they served it at 11:50AM, that was the only time they told us that one of the dish we ordered is not available! Oh common, they should have let us know about it the moment they get our orders.Very poor service. Good food and good view, but very very slow and bad service. If you're planning to visit here, be sure you are not that hungry cause waiting time is always too long.
The restaurant is located beside the Baroro bridge, in Bacnotan, La Union, not San Juan. The food is very delicious and fresh and priced reasonably. If you want to avoid fast food chains, this is the place to go but be prepared to wait long. The service takes so long, perhaps because this is like eating at home. I like that the food is from local produce. We came after lunch so the place was not very clean with food debris on the ground. But the views and refreshing breeze made up for some imperfections. There are different areas for dining. The owner was very accommodating. The rest rooms were clean.
On our way home to Baguio, we decided to have Sunday lunch at this popular restaurant along the river. Our food was served an hour and thirty minutes after we ordered. The Golden Tilapia though was nice and fresh.
If you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you. The place was packed when we went there a couple of days ago and it took 1 hr and 15 mins to get our food. The staff and the owner are very friendly and were trying really hard to make the customers happy. It was obvious that they need more cooks but they have plenty of wait staff dedicated just for your table. The food was great but the portions are small. Don't miss their pakbet. It was delicious!!! We were seated at the floating table on the river. That was a great experience. Wish there was an electric fan at our table as it was scorching hot and hardly any breeze. I would recommend this place!!
