The tables... read more The energetic and lively service left a good impression. Upon entering the restaurant, they conducted temperature checks and provided hand sanitizer. The tables for 4 to 6 people were separated by partitions, and thorough measures were taken to prevent the spread of infection. This was my second visit. I had made a reservation over the phone the day before because I really wanted to try the kama-meshi. I ordered the octopus kama-meshi set and the sea bream kama-meshi set. The sea bream broth was flavorful yet not too heavy, with the rice cooked perfectly fluffy and delicious. The octopus pieces in the rice were small but plentiful. Even though the kama-meshi was enough for 3 bowls, it was so delicious that I finished it all. The kama-meshi can also be ordered as a standalone item, but the set comes with sashimi, small dishes, pickles, and soup, making for a very satisfying meal. During my first visit, I had the seafood bowl and the chef's choice set meal with a few additional items. For an extra 330 yen, I upgraded the white rice to shirasu (whitebait) rice with the set meal, and for an additional 110 yen, I increased the portion of white rice with the seafood bowl. The sashimi was fresh and flavorful, and the tempura had a light and crispy batter, making for a very satisfying meal. Lunch reservations are only accepted for the opening time at 11:30 am, after which it is first-come, first-served. There are two parking spaces in front of the restaurant and an additional 2-3 spaces available for parallel parking on the side.

The restaurant is clean with good infection control measures in place, and the staff are polite. I would definitely like to come back again.
