It was my first time, so I ordered the recommended miso ramen in a large portion. I also added a half order of rice and pickles, which were delicious. The ramen was exceptionally well-made, with a flavor unlike anything I had tasted before. The restaurant had a clean and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It was a wonderful dining experience. Thank you for the meal.

We drove there and couldn't spot it right away, but after wandering around, we finally saw the sign. The exterior of the shop was quite stylish and didn't look like your typical ramen spot. We went on a Sunday around 2 pm and there was already a line forming. We ordered the special soy sauce ramen, which had a light and easy-to-eat fish broth base. There were many female customers there, and the shop's atmosphere was quite different from what you might expect from a ramen place. I would definitely want to visit again when I'm in Sukumo.

It is located a little away from the city, in a rural area that was a bit hard to find. The menu seemed to change periodically, as it was slightly different from what I had seen in reviews beforehand, showing that the restaurant is always evolving. The exterior was a bit hard to discern, but there were plenty of plants and a waiting area on the terrace. The interior was stylishly designed with pure wood materials, making it suitable for women to visit alone. This time, I ordered the spicy miso ramen with an additional topping of char siu. I usually don't like the char siu that comes with ramen, but the char siu at this restaurant was rare and paired perfectly with the slightly sesame oil-flavored noodles. I definitely want to visit this ramen shop again next time.
