Angora Takapuna

I think I'm qualifying now as normal as I'm dine there at least every other week. The food is excellent, and authentic Turkish with a lot of variety. My personal favorite is Black Sea Chicken, the walnut sauce is delicious. Make sure you have space for desert. Without a doubt, they have the best deserts in Takapuna (I know I tried them all). The service is top-notch. It is a man and woman team who lead the place, so are Orhan (Koch) and Virsen (Maitre'D) almost every night there to ensure that the food and service is exactly right. Very recommended.

Delicious meal and a genuine friendly service. Leave space for the baklava, which is just divine. The menu has an interesting selection of dishes, so be adventurous.

Excellent personal service, the food was great and had many vegiterian options. You also have a beautiful shop with Turkish lights, plates and carpets.
