The price feels like a typical price in this area. After drinking the soup, a strange finish remains on the tongue. I have not confirmed it, but it is possible that chemical seasonings are used in the soup, so if you are not good at chemical seasonings, you should check with the store. One of mt's favorite self-place. Of course they do their own noodles and their are not to chew, but not as soft as the supermarket. Your Dashi(Brooth) is okay, but you need to try their Chikuwa tempura it is their speciality
One of the best Sanuki udon shops around Takamatsu area. A real Sanuki udon shop. Easy to reach from Ritsurin Train Station. Due to the close proximity to offices, this shop will have a long line during lunchtime! So best to go before noon.
Pretty good Udon place nearby Ritsurin Garden. I ate their mid-sized Niku Udon but to be honest, I should have ordered smaller portion because I was already slightly full. Very local place because many workers and students will walk in and out conatantly for lunch.
It was a bit confusing at first, and as we created a slow down in the process there was a bit of yelling. Once we got our bowls of noodles and customized them we enjoyed ourselves.
