Trudi's Place - Taiwala

We were having breakfast here evert day, as it is one of the few places ,that were open early in the morning . The prices were midium , and the food was tasty .Staff was friendly, if you manage to catch them :)

A very nice restaurant close to the beach. They have live music and a very wide variety of food options. We had dinner there for 3 nights out of 5. Very convenient prices and delicious dishes.

We had lunch here with some friend before leaving for Cebu. The service was friendly and and efficient. The food arrive and was a pleasant meal. If your looking for fine dining this is not the place but if your looking for just a nice everyday meal, Trudis is worth a try. It's clean and reasonable prices and nicely located. We would defiantly return.

Looks ok and a nice location right next to the beach.But the first three things we ordered - not available.The food we had was quite nice, garlic prawns, calamaris, sweat & sour pork and chicken.Service a bit slow for saying only 2 other customers in the restaurant.The prices are good and a nice menu and I would visit for another try. The beer at least was cold.Lets put it down to it being Sunday and a quiet time.

I've eaten in Trudi's years ago and thought it was good. I had fond childhood memories of it. But after having returned now, I was very disappointed. Seafood (shrimp and squid) were overcooked. Staff were unattentive. It's only redeeming factor is that it is cheap.
