easy to visit one of the best restaurants in panglao. the portions are huge and the staff is very attentive. the lamm shank in one of the chief specialists disappointed not and the panna cotta was absolutely delightful – a pure gastronomic experience! 11/10 would be...recommend View all feedback.
What Stephon Lindgren doesn't like about Giuseppe:
Tried to book reservations for our group of 9, but were told they don't accept reservations. Went to restaurant to have dinner, but was refused service because we didn't have reservations even though restaurant was half empty. We even tried to order pizzas to go,...but they said they were too busy. View all feedback.
Just okay We had calamari (which was okay) and two pizzas (again just okay). Ordered a pizza each, and one arrived a lot later than the other. Ended up being the most expensive meal during our stay, yet no where near the best. stars at a push, but really it’s more like A lot of other Italian restaurants in the area that are far superior.
Nice italian food, good pizza but the waiter staff could be improved
Perfect place to eat with a bunch of friends. The crust is neither too soft nor too crunchy which is nice paired of a cold beers.
Best Pizza in town. Very good service. Top quality. Not cheap but acceptable for the size of the pizza
We came here after hearing good things from a friend, but I doubt we'll return. The place is blasted by street noise from one side, constant loud banging and such from the kitchen on the other, random music from above, and when those mix with the guest noise it makes having a conversation impossible. We literally had to all lean in to towards the middle of the table to hear each other and still couldn't hear at times. With it being such a terrible atmosphere, we decided to just order a dessert and head elsewhere We ordered two Tortino Di Cioccolato (a brownie with a scoop of ice cream) and were disappointed when (over minutes later) we were presented with a small cup containing a tiny brownie and small scoop of ice cream. The taste was fine, but for and a wait of more than minutes, I would expect a lot more. With the many other options available in town, which are far quieter and have considerably better portions, I think we'll continue dining elsewhere. Given the price they charge, I'd expect better service, better portions, and to be able to hold a conversation while eating... I have heard good things about their pizza though.
