Great tasting food reasonably priced, We do not go out for a dinner, we prefer it here. Great food and lively music, friendly staff and soft sea breeze, we do not ask for more, dinner here is perfect. If you're in the restaurant at dusk then you can see the sea flickering with lights from the fishermen going out for fishing in the nighttime. Relaxing... not always seen when you are living in the city. View all feedback.

The staff are lovely, but that's where it ends. This is a very local Philippino style resort. The list of weirdness just goes on and on: safe box not bolted down, no beach towels, no sun beds, toilets and shower that just don't work properly, faulty wall power sockets, ants everywhere including in the bed, Mosquitos in the room, one bar tender (so when he's eating lunch you can't get a drink), horrible beach at low t... Eating at this place is a nice experience because it is more of having the local feel. Much of the food they serve are grilled and is value for money.

We were so tired from the conference and tour in one day. The driver of the van recommended the place by the beach. We tried to ask the guard to accommodate us to eat that night without the entrance fee since it was late and we were tired. But anyway we paid p25 for the entrance. The place was full of noisy teens playing a game of pool/billiards, lots of kids who were done with swimming and a few foreigners enjoying their beer by the sea. It was late in the evening so we ordered 6 platters of food and fish soup. The fish soup was heavenly after a tiring day but the fish in the food platter had a funny taste. It was not fresh so we told the resto, we wanted it changed, they served us fried fish to replace the bad tasting, rotten fish in the food platter. Oh no, it still tasted bad. We asked the manager to not let us pay the rotten food. They gave us a discount, thank you for that. The bad experience is that the 5th and 6th platter of food arrived when we were all done eating. Slow service and bad food, oh no, that's bad. So I guess, this place gets a bad rating for me. But there were 25 of us who said we won't recommend this place. So I guess, they need to improve, right?
The food was not good, but this is not the main reason for my bad review! Prices are unreasonably much higher than all the neighbouring restaurants! The food we were served was not what we ordered and worst of all when we pointed that out they claimed we were wrong! But sorry, we are white but not ignorant: we can tell the difference between ginger and Papaya! On top of this all both beers we were served were warm...which is never ideal, especially not in hot PhilippinesStay away!
Considering the price, food quality and service, the true saving grace of this restaurant is the view.
