Alona Hidden Dream Resort - Taiwala

The service at this restaurant was not very good. One of our dishes arrived 15 minutes before the other. They forgot to bring the garlic and when we asked for it, they brought us a container of what seemed to be minced onions instead.

Ordered portions of tom yum rice it looked nice on a picture with lot of vegetables in reality was just scoop of rice with shrimps. Told them I don't want it and was forced to pay for it anyway

The restaurant staff appeared to be bothered by serving customers. The cashier was extremely rude when we didn't have exact change, insisting that as a restaurant they should be able to provide change. We found a much better dining experience elsewhere. I would have rated the service as 0 if I could.

Aufgrund eines Plakates dachten wir es würde sich lohnen dem Restaurant einen Besuch abzustatten. (Sah billig und gut aus)Wir wurden aber leider enttäuscht.Service schwach (haben am anfang vom essen einen bananenshake bestellt, der erst nach 45 minuten kam)Wir bestellten ausserdem eine Pizza, warteten 20 Minuten, dann kam die bedienung wieder her und meinte, man kann keine Pizza bestellen weil der Bäcker heute nicht da sei.Bedienung unfassbar unfreundlich Essen geschmacklich ein flop. ( Huhn schlecht gegrillt) Keine guten Kalamari. Das einzige was noch einigermaßen in Ordnung ist, sind die Bananenshakes.

This restaurant offers fresh seafood cooked to your liking and also pork and chicken (belly, kebabs etc.)The staff are very friendly and the service is first class. Thanks go to Ms. Rowena Painagan who is the Manageress - she runs a really great restaurant. Situated in the main street of Alona it is near to shops and the local nightlife. Great Place - Highly Recommended.
