非常懷念紐約Peter Luger丁骨牛排 特別安排朋友來慶生 從前菜到主餐真的沒有讓我們失望 乾式熟成丁骨用熱油澆淋 外脆內軟甜度集中 毫無疑問 是目前我們在台灣吃過最好吃的丁骨牛排 即使紐約客部位帶點筋但在咀嚼中帶出更多甜味 龍蝦也是烤得極好 Q彈帶水份 沒有特別期待的義大利麵 也讓我們覺得做得相當出色 不喜歡蕃茄、白醬的我們 平常大多會選擇蒜炒義大利麵 但這邊不論番茄蘿勒義大利麵、奶油蛋黃培根義大利麵 都做到清爽不膩口 最後推薦鴨肝牛肝菌燉飯 肥嫩的鴨肝搭配濃郁的牛肝菌燉飯 香氣逼人

Great place to get western food in the sherwood hotel. they have all kinds of everything they can eat salate, appetizer and desserts. they can also order omelettes and other dishes (at least never came after I ordered it but I am glad that it was not due to the amount of food we have eaten.) the steaks were amazing and the lobster noodles were delicious. would be highly recommended to people in the opposite.
