good ramen, fast service. I was called by a friend to arrange dinner for this exact night, and we decided to have a few robbers. it's a fact that I didn't have Japanese food here. I had ・拉拉拉, that was not so spicy, and I really like this heavy and tasty taste. a recommendation for them if they are also a person like me who likes heavy tastes. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tonchin Taipei Zhongshan:
Pretty mediocre. The broth was...ok. Noodles were a bit over cooked. The pork was fine. The eggs were great. Too much scallions. I felt like every bite of noodles I was chewing through a mouthful of them. View all feedback.
Ramen is good; spinat with butter is very good; clam with butter is super good. French pommes are not good. in general it is good, but not the kind of space I would wait for in a long line.
Really a wonderful hotpot location in Taipei, affordable and the beef quality is really amazing, I like how clean and organized the tables are. You get free stuffs when you share on face book. You can host get together party or dinner. They have various sets of tables. They got spicy food and soup. Try it OUT...
The pork based ramen is same as any other typical ramen. However, the miso butter one is kinda unique as the butter fragrance is rather strong that brings out a whole new level. For the chasiew rice, wouldn't recommend it, but if you do want to order, ask them to NOT PUT MAYO, it really kills the taste.

Decent ramen. Solid chewy noodles with excellent broth. Other reviews says broth is a bit too salty, but for me, I think it's pretty good. The only downside to this ramen is the thickness of the meat. The meat did not satisfy my craving for pork.
