Great taste and great service, like all hoshina restaurants! highly recommended! but you should make a reservation or expect that you have to wait (individuals might have luck.)
A simple dish noodles with seaweed and soy sauce makes people come again and again after tasting. who said a vegan business can't earn money? in the opposite, it can also help the owner not only make profits, but also promote the Japanese cuisine and a healthy diet without harming any kind. there are 3 filials near MRT stations in taipei. they are always full. they were originally vegetarian restaurants. recently, they have completely turned into a vegan style. animal friends are grateful to you, people like yours and I admire you. bravo to the owner with love.
Beautiful place in a traditional environment, delicious handmade noodles full of taste! I love it very much, I will definitely pay another visit once I am back in taiwan.
