Came back here three times during our short visit in Taipei. Loved the cinnamon, soy floss and ham and cheese' bun. Excellent service, great staff and nice environment. If you are lucky, you'll catch a mobile mushroom-based takoyaki' outside the shop. All vegan.
The croissants here are amazing! The texture is more cakey than flakey, but delicious all the same. Some other reviewers mentioned dryness, so I took the items I bought back to my accommodation and microwaved them a little bit, then they weren’t dry at all. Highly recommend this place!
There is a great selection of pastries, I tried a few and they were all really good especially the cinnamon bun. I would go there everyday if I lived in Taipei! Also the drinks are great, I had a delicious banana milkshake. The cherry on top is the amazingly friendly staff who were so kind and welcoming to me.
Hip pun started serving breakfast on 2020-07-06. I tried the future dish (mixed milk, blueberries and bananas with strawberries, banana slices, pumpkin seeds, rustines, walnuts, dried cranberries and hafer; only available on Fridays and Saturdays) and the vegan egg, while in the French toast (more like a ham and potato grilled cheese) and pb chicks baked. the burgers also looked good: I have to try one next time. — I first came back in a house, and all the bungalows I got were at best mediocre. the mexican coffee beans with salted was good with taking the salted sawn, the baked speck maisbunk was tasteless, and the olive and jalapeño beans were dry and blanching. I realized that I have to be tough with the articles I get: not everything is fantastic. — I love this vegan bakery so much. they help the community to leave old brote in a car with drawers on their veranda. an older woman who probably lives in the neighbourhood came around 18:30 to grab everything. Before she did, I had to try an ananasbunk that was delicious! I saw so many different things that I wanted to try, including their sacher torte (NT$100 per disc,) but I ended practically and got a laib of vegan speck and kartoffel brot laaf for my upcoming aircraft ride since I doubt I will find united vegane in-flight meals satisfied. the staff recommended that I freeze it and then reheat the discs before I go to the airport. from 19:00 all brote 15% off, so the business was sweetened. I'll come back in definitiv when I'm in taipei.
