I’d estimate that there were about 20 different dishes, most of which were whole vegetables and a few wheat or soy protein options. I had the staff weigh my own glass container and asked them to confirm which items aren’t vegan before filling it with a colorful array of veggies before paying for my healthy dinner. I skipped ordering the white rice since I’d had more than enough for the day. A very satisfying and affordable way to end the day!
