The Fried Chicken Cartilage with cheese powder is crispy and delicious, with just the right amount of cheese. The Teppanyaki Beef Sausage is flavorful and served with crispy vegetables, perfect for pairing with a drink. The Teppanyaki Chicken Drumsticks are tender and full of flavor. The Parent-child Dong is a must-try dish, with moist eggs and delicious chicken thighs mixed in rice. The Stone Pot Parent-child dish is dry but still flavorful, a great option for those who prefer a different texture. The Chicken Hot Pot is a steal at $680, with plenty of chicken thighs and meatballs. The dessert, Flame Caramel Pudding, is delicious and even has a fun presentation. Unfortunately, skewers are not available due to the epidemic, but I heard they are in conflict with another dish, Whale-burning.
