Shuāng Shēng Shuànsên Cafe

This place is now my favorite brunch joint in all Tainan!!! They use high quality ingredients cooked to perfection, the service is great, the staff is friendly (and beautiful), and very cheap! The ambience is original, with a neomodern hipster twist (according to Taiwanese standards), and they keep the place quite clean. But be prepared for a waiting period, especially on weekends and holidays, as they are popular (right so) and not so large a facility (can sit about 15 to 20 people at a time). I will definitely come back a lot!

You have to wait in busy hours, but the food is worth waiting.

Tucked in a corner of the street this little cafe can be easily missed. The place sits around 18-20 ppl and the deco is simple. The menu consist of ‘salty’ (savory) and sweet pancakes. I ordered the savory fried chicken. Overall it was good. I personally liked the iced tea.
